2. Intellectual Property All designs, code, documents, text, and brand assets appearing on BGS platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Bridge Group Solutions. Unauthorized use is forbidden.
3. Content Usage Copying, reproducing, modifying, or redistributing company content or internal documents without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Platform Misuse Misuse of BGS digital platforms—whether through automation, scraping, abuse of access, or exploiting vulnerabilities—is grounds for immediate suspension and legal action.
5. Prohibited Communications Users may not use BGS platforms to send spam, phishing messages, unsolicited offers, or misrepresent their identity or intentions.
6. False Identity Impersonating BGS employees, clients, or third-party affiliates for any reason is a breach of trust and will trigger disciplinary and legal consequences.
7. Site Updates Content on BGS digital platforms is subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or real-time availability.
8. No Guarantees. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim responsibility for any damages arising from use or reliance on our systems.
9. Liability Disclaimer Bridge Group Solutions is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site use, including loss of data or service interruptions.
10. Consent to Terms By continuing to use any BGS digital or internal platform, you consent to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge responsibility for regularly reviewing them.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with any rules, regulations, or amendments made thereunder. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
12. Enforcement Violations of these terms will lead to strict consequences including access termination, employee disciplinary action, and civil or criminal prosecution, as applicable.
13. Unauthorized Project Listing Any unauthorized use, claim, or display of Bridge Group Solutions projects on personal platforms (LinkedIn, portfolios, resumes, or any other medium) without explicit prior written consent is a serious breach of company policy. Offenders will face immediate termination, aggressive legal prosecution, and will be held fully liable for all damages. This misconduct will be dealt with severely and without exception.
