Dr. Gerard Heath is a physician and CEO of Novyra, a Bridge
Group Solutions portfolio company. Prior to Novyra, he
served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the
CEO at Covera Health, a radiology-focused healthcare AI
company.
Dr. Heath previously worked in McKinsey & Company's
New York office as a member of the healthcare private equity
practice, advising on commercial diligence and growth
strategy for leading healthcare organizations. He also
served as an emergency medicine resident physician at Henry
Ford Hospital during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic,
bringing firsthand clinical experience to his work at the
intersection of medicine and technology.
His unique background spanning clinical medicine, management
consulting, and healthcare AI gives him a distinctive
perspective on building technology solutions that address

trading strategies. He also worked as Principal Data

Dr. Lee's work focuses on enabling organizations to
move beyond the constraints of historical data by creating
synthetic scenarios that preserve statistical properties
while expanding the solution space for AI models.
He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations
Research from Columbia University and a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
