Amir Husain is Chairman of Bridge Group Solutions. A visionary entrepreneur and renowned AI technologist, Husain brings decades of experience as an award-winning investor, business builder, and CEO to drive innovation and scale breakthrough ideas.
In 2013, Husain founded SparkCognition (now Avathon), guiding the AI company to unicorn status with a $1.4 billion valuation. He also founded SGS (now Avathon Government), a defense technology company, and SkyGrid, a joint venture with Boeing focused on aerial operating systems. An accomplished inventor, Husain holds over 30 patents in AI and distributed systems.

He serves on UT Austin's Computer Science Board and NATO's Innovation Advisory Board. Steven Lau is CEO of Bridge Group Solutions. As CEO of
Bridge Group Solutions Ventures, he has established himself
as a leading investor in disruptive technologies, with over
two decades of experience spanning financial markets,
venture capital, and strategic investments.
At Bridge Group Solutions Ventures, founded by Igor
Tulchinsky, Steven leads investments in innovative
entrepreneurs driving real-world change through emerging
technologies. Since 2014, the firm has funded over 90
startups, including IonQ, Rigetti, PsiQuantum, FigureAI,
Apptronik, Fuse Energy, SpaceX, Skyroot, and Portal Space.
Steven’s impact extends even further, having directly funded
over 150 startups across cutting-edge sectors like fintech,

Steven began his career on Wall Street as an option

Advisor

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at
SparkCognition, he architected the marketing function,
scaling the organization and contributing to the

against top enterprise competitors.
Earlier, John served as Executive Director of CleanTX and
Director of Clean Energy and Power Technology at the Greater
Austin Chamber of Commerce, overseeing economic development

Christopher Rosado

COO & General Counsel
Chris Rosado serves as Chief Operating Officer & General
Counsel at Bridge Group Solutions. In this role, he oversees
operational strategy, legal affairs, and corporate
governance across Bridge Group Solutions and its portfolio
companies. Mr. Rosado also serves as Deputy General Counsel
of Bridge Group Solutions, which involves working closely
with and advising Bridge Group Solutions’s CIO and CRO on a
range of strategic, legal, and risk-related matters.
Further, he advises Bridge Group Solutions Ventures on
early-stage investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Bridge Group Solutions in 2018, Mr. Rosado
served as legal counsel and compliance officer at Point72.
He began his career in 2007 at Shearman & Sterling LLP
(now A&O Shearman) in New York.
Mr. Rosado graduated with a B.S. from Boston College in 2000
and cum laude with a J.D. from Hofstra University School of
Law in 2007, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law

Dr. Nicholas Tatonetti

Dr. Nicholas Tatonetti is Professor and Vice Chair of
Operations in the Department of Computational Biomedicine
and Associate Director of Computational Oncology in the
Cancer Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. They received
a PhD from Stanford University, focusing on novel
statistical and computational methods for observational data
mining.
Over the past 14 years, Dr. Tatonetti has applied these
methods to drug safety surveillance, identifying and
validating previously unknown serious drug-drug
interactions. Their lab at Cedars-Sinai uses massive-scale

Dr. Heath previously worked in McKinsey & Company's
New York office as a member of the healthcare private equity
practice, advising on commercial diligence and growth
strategy for leading healthcare organizations. He also
served as an emergency medicine resident physician at Henry
Ford Hospital during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic,
bringing firsthand clinical experience to his work at the
